Why Snag Rack

Every barbie has one bloke stuck at the grill.

Turning snags one at a time. Chasing the last one through the grill. Beer going warm on the side of the hotplate while everyone else has a yarn.

Snag Rack makes BBQ gear that holds the food, so the whole lot turns in one go. Load it, close it, flip it from the handle and get back to your mates, whether that's the backyard, the beach park or the campfire.

Australian owned, and made for the way we actually cook.

What we make

Built for the barbie. And the bush.

Holds the food

Every rack holds the food in its own spot, so one flip turns the lot. No chasing it round the grill.

Grill or campfire

Made for the backyard BBQ and the open coals. The baskets flip from a long handle, so your hand stays back from the heat.

Packs down

The baskets fold down flat, so they slide into the camp box or the boat for trips away.

30 days to decide

Doesn’t suit your barbie? Send it back within 30 days for your money back.

In the backyard

Hold a drink, not the tongs.

Six snags in the rack and a flip from the handle every few minutes. The rest of the time you’re with your mates, not standing guard at the grill.

  • Six snags, one flip
  • Height adjusts to the snag
  • Hardwood handle

At camp

Same rack. Over the coals.

Load it on the tailgate, cook it over the fire. The Snag Rack folds down to 36cm for the camp box, and the Cob Rack and Fish Basket pack down just as small.

  • Folds down for the camp box
  • Hardwood handle, hand back from the heat

At the boat ramp

Catch it. Cook it whole.

The Fish Basket holds a whole fish flat in a 58 x 14cm basket, so you turn the basket, not the fish, and it comes off the grill in one piece.

  • Holds one whole fish
  • Flip the basket, not the fish
  • Folds to 40.5cm

Six snags. One flip.

Questions? Fair enough.

Why not just cook straight on the grill?

You can, and plenty of people do. The racks are for when you want it cooked evenly without chasing it round with the tongs. Everything’s held in place, so one flip turns the lot.

Do I still need to watch the BBQ?

Yes, it’s still a barbie. You’ll just spend a lot less time moving food around: a flip every few minutes instead of turning things one by one.

Will it fit my BBQ?

The Snag Rack is 54cm long including the handle and 10.5cm wide, so it fits on most grills, gas, charcoal or portable. Sizes for the rest of the range are on each product page.

Can I use it over a campfire?

Yes. The Snag Rack, Cob Rack and Fish Basket work on the BBQ or over the coals, and fold down for the camp box.

Is it hard to clean?

No. Once it’s cooled down, wash it in warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Skip the steel wool.

How much is shipping?

$6.80 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $50. Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in around 3 to 8 business days. Your tracking link comes by email when it ships.

What if I don’t like it?

You’ve got 30 days. If it doesn’t suit your barbie, get in touch and we’ll sort a refund.
